This privacy statement and cookies policy (together with any terms of use or terms and conditions), explains how the members of the Arise.Care PTE. LTD. manage your personal data. 1. What is being collected on the Site?

1.1 Contact information and personal information
We collect and process personal information from users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when they visit the Site, subscribe to our newsletters and in connection with other activities, or resources we make available on our Site – for example to register for an event or to contact us in relation to an enquiry or a job opportunity. Depending on the activity, you may be asked for your name, email address, phone number, website or work details/role. We will collect this information from users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to provide personal information; however this may prevent them from engaging in certainSite-related activities. The Site is not intended for children under the age of 16 and we do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under 16 through the Site. Identity Data includes first name, maiden name, last name, username or similar identifier, marital status, title, date of birth, gender, nationality, passport number and country of residence.

Financial Data includes bank account and payment card details.

Accessibility Data includes personal data related to health which you provide to us in order to access our facilities or services (for example if wheelchair access is required or information on allergens).

Wellness and Health Data includes information related to our wellness services. This may include medical data relevant to your treatment or dietary requirements relevant to your visit to our restaurants.

7. Revisions to Privacy Policy

‍‍‍Arise.Care PTE. LTD has the discretion to update this Privacy Policy at any time. When we do, we will update the “last modified” date at the top of the Privacy Policy. If the change is material, we will place a notice on the Site by revising the link to read substantially as “UpdatedPrivacy Policy” for a reasonable amount of time. The most current version of this Privacy Policy will be available on the Site and will supersede all previous versions of this Privacy Policy.

Terms & Conditions

Please read through the terms and conditions on our website thoroughly before purchasing your retreat package.

General

  1. All purchases of services (classes, workshops, events) are non-refundable.

  2. Should you be unable to attend the retreat due to personal circumstances, please email hello@arise.care to see if we can accommodate an alternative date 

  3. Every effort is made to hold the retreats on time. The schedule is subject to change without prior notice

  4. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the retreat starts.

  5. Payment must be made upon booking. You will not be permitted to sign-up for a class, workshop, or event as unpaid unless it is a free or donation based class. 

  6. Arise.Care PTE LTD is not responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings.

  7. The front doors will be locked 10 minutes after the retreat starts. For safety reasons, no one 10 or more minutes late for class is permitted entry and leaving class early is strongly discouraged.

  8. You agree that you have been examined by a qualified medical practitioner within the past six months and have been found by such practitioner to be in good physical health and physically able to perform all yoga classes.

  9. It is the responsibility of the student to notify teachers of any previous injury, illness, or conditions that may impact their practice.

  10. Sessions at Arise.Care PTE LTD may be physically strenuous and you voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death.

  11. You will follow all instructions given to you by Arise.Care PTE. LTD teachers and you acknowledge that any failure to do so will be at your own risk and may cause injury.

  12. In attending classes at Arise.Care PTE LTD, you agree that neither you, your heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Arise.Care PTE.LTD or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

  13. Arise.Care PTE. LTD reserves the right to refuse entry.

  14. Prices may increase from time to time to reflect increases in cost and benefits.

  15. Terms, Conditions, and Fees are subject to change without prior notification.
